FACT CHECKED

Summation- very satisfying experience with confidence and all without breaking the bank. Had popped into Clove Kishangarh to replace a crown that had popped out. Chose Clove due to its +ve Google reviews and also since I wanted a reliable chain when the risk of Covid was there. My experience as follows: 1. Safety and Sanitizing Protocol: 5/5 This is always first in these times. Clove has an excellent protocol in place and it inspires confidence. When you enter, you have to wear shoe covers and sanitize your hands. A staff member takes pulse oximeter readings and temp. Surfaces and seats are constantly sanitized. Patients are given a head cap and gloves. Dental rooms are used alternatively so that sanitization is done properly. Patient slots are also spaced so that crowding does not occur. 2. Diagnosis and Disclosures: 5/5 I was attended to by Dr. Parasher. She was very diligent in reviewing my past dental history, explaining different alternatives available and being very clear about the alternative treatments, durability of crowns, costs involved and time. There was no pressure to choose ‘the best’. The emphasis was that I understood and chose with full awareness. 3. Treatment: 5/5 I do not think there is anyone who doesn’t flinch at the very thought of going to a dentist and getting tooth and gums prodded and poked. Clove Kishangarh was a very pleasant surprise as the whole exercise entirely painless. Dr. Parasher is very skilled in applying the right pressure so the patient feels no pain or discomfort. 4. Costs: 5/5 When I saw the set-up, my first thought was that it would be expensive. But Clove’s costs in 2021 were almost the same as I had spent in smaller clinics 4-6 years back. I opted for their annual plan as it made more sense overall. In the long run, Clove seems cheaper, and much better. Additionally, treatment in 1 clove clinic can be continued in any of the clinics in Clove’s chain. I think they have a pretty big number of clinics. That is a confidence booster. Else, you end up paying the whole cost again when your crown pops out and you visit a new dentist. All in all very highly recommended.
