Got the crown fixed yesterday. So giving review. Went in on 19/5/21, after some thoughts of choosing a new dentist. None of my regular dentists were open but couldn’t wait till lockdown gets over due to pain. Clove, basaveshwaranagar was open and I thought they might be doing something good to keep it open during lockdown. One tooth was broken on one side jaw and another tooth had some pain on other jaw. So was expecting root canal for only one side but was recommended to go for RCT for both sides by Ranjitha after she took x-rays. I chose for one side as the root of other tooth was not infected and went in on another day. Ranjitha chose & brought in the right specialists(ortho/endo/prostho-dontists) for the procedure. Learned the terminologies from Google!! I think Bharath did RCT and looked very professional. So believed their recommendation & got both RCT done on same day. For choosing cap/crown Harish came in, did a professional job of readying the tooth for a crown. Did not feel much pain during procedure or after. Probably due to no infection in tooth. And also probably can declare the RCT was successful. Chose the material and paid for it. A day later tried to change the cap material but couldn’t. Starting I was bit apprehensive to go for a new dentist. Now looking back, liked the concept of Clove business and satisfied with diagnosis & treatment by Ranjitha. Ranjitha, Bharat, Harish looked young behind their masks, energetic. After going through the procedure, should appreciate their expertise/ professionalism and handily available x-ray. Good job Clove/Ranjitha.
