I had a horrible experience with Dr. Rekha regarding a RCT treatment. During last session for RCT, because I refused for expensive braces and also showed my disappointment on last minute change of appointment time by the doctor, the doctor did the entire RCT WITHOUT ANESTHESIA. It was extremely painful experience and I literally SCREAMED AND CRIED during the session. My 2 year old daughter had to wait outside the clinic (in the middle of Omicron pandemic) for 1.5 hours during the session. The doctor had not informed me that the session is going to take so long. This whole experience showed us the insensitive side of the doctors. I am never going to go to Clove again.
