I first visited this clinic of Clove Dental in end December 2018 to enquire about orthodontic treatment to close the gap between my teeth, especially the incisors of my upper jaw. Dr.Anirudh, who was also my consulting dentist luckily, provided elaborate information about the possible options – traditional braces, self ligating braces, and aligners. His inputs helped a great deal in my decision making process. I’d worn traditional braces when I was a teenager and found the experience quite painful and uncomfortable. Moreover, this treatment took so long that I had to discontinue it midway since I had to relocate to another place. Aligners seemed like the best option for my situation but since the price was too steep for me, I opted for self ligating braces. There was a promotional offer in Dec 2018 and I paid the entire price upfront to avail the discount. Alternatively, they do allow you to pay in EMI. My treatment started in the first week of Feb 2019. After about 25-30 mins of total bench time across 8 visits to the clinic to get the braces tightened, my braces were removed in the first week of September, less than 7 months from the start of the treatment! Another really good part about the experience was that the initial price that I paid was all inclusive! I didn’t have to pay a paise more. I just had to pay additionally for frenectomy which was purely optional and wasn’t part of the treatment. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Anirudh, Dr.Aparna and other dentists at Clove Dental for the quick and hassle free treatment. I strongly recommend Clove Dental and Dr.Anirudh; besides being a subject matter expert, he’s also a thorough professional and a kind doctor.
