A friends referral lead me to visit to Clove, Jubilee Hills. As I entered the clinic, it was exactly how clean & bright I had expected a good clinic to be! This itself sparked confidence & positivity in that place! A very welcoming introduction & inquiry by one of the doctors who happened to be at the reception desk & her proactiveness to call Dr Suresh on his direct line & inform him about my appointment (I was 15 mins early) reflects the care & attention they give to a first time patient. In these covid times when hygiene is a priority, I was given a pair of gloves, a disposable hair mask & a pair of disposable shoe covers to take care of that. At this moment I was greeted by Dr Samskruti who checked my body temperature & oxygen levels before leading me into the consultation room where Dr Suresh was present. Both Dr Suresh & Dr Samskruti seemed extremely warm & comforting with total command over their subject knowledge. They where extremely patient & heard all my complaints (& even laughed at my silly puns). They then examined my case & carefully explained to me each & every detail, the process of treatment & the duration of the treatment with commercials. Dr Samskruti sets herself apart from all the other dentists iv met before, by providing personalised, professional yet compassionate dental care to anyone who comes to see her. Her clinic is staffed with highly trained dental care professionals who oversee patients’ oral health at every stage of treatment. Any treatment given uses gentle & friendly dental practices.
