I took the 499/- dental health offer. Warm reception. Professional. Clean facility. COVID-protocols were adhered to the T. The knowledge, courteousness and etiquette of the consulting doctors and overall office is commendable. They were able to clarify all doubts. Cleaning and polishing, which was part of the package, was very good. The technology used was in line with the latest. Flossing and education on flossing can be improved. Customer's can be educated on how to floss and the benefits of the same. Flossing could be included as part of the dental health package. (This is from my abroad experience) X-ray images and other artifacts pertaining to the treatment procedures could be shared with the customer. Clove toothpaste was not handed over to me.

The atmosphere for booking appointments is friendly. Dr. Mathew, Dr. Ishwarya, and Dr. Ranjani, who performed the treatments, are well-experienced and took complete care during the treatment period. I am happy with Dr. Mathew's treatment.
