I should start my review rather I would like to call it as my testimony by saying “I am very grateful to Clove Dental (Sanikpuri) especially Dr Shilpa ma’am(Orthodontics Specialist) for what you’ve done for me. I am a defence aspirant trying for Air Force for a very long time. Finally I got recommended in my last attempt but my happiness didn’t last long. I was made medically unfit for a dental reason called “anterior cross bite”. Candidates will be given only few weeks generally to correct it and report back, so many doctors denied to take up my case since it is risky and end results will not be visible. Then I came to know about Clove Dental and I approached them and shared my complete story. Dr Shilpa empathized with me, took it as a challenge and said she will give her best. Then the journey began. I underwent braces treatment as per her suggestion. She was always ready to reply me and help me at all times whenever I had any discomfort with braces or with any doubts with utmost calmness and politeness. I never hesitated to go Sanikpuri branch at any time even in this pandemic situation because it was always clean and sanitized. Finally I got the call letter to report back and to my surprise I was made medically fit in my last attempt of my medical test. Lt. Gen sir who was the final reviewing officer asked me “did you undergo orthodontics treatment?”, then I said yes. He said “Good progress” and declared me medically fit. It was all because of Dr. Shilpa ma’am’s dedication and attitude to go extra mile which gave me the success. Now I do not have words to express my gratitude. Thank you so much ma’am, I would also like to thank Dr Mahendra Azad sir and Dr. Vijay sir, doctors from Clove Dental, who also played a vital role during this journey. This space is actually not enough to write the entire beautiful story of everyone’s part so I am stopping here 🙂 Thank you
