Got an online appointment which was confirmed promptly with the Choolaimedu location address shared immediately. On the day of the appointment got a reconfirmation call from the clinic. On reaching the clinic, Covid protocols were undertaken before the paperwork was done. The dentist was patient in hearing the problem and indicating the solutions (procedures, pros, cons, duration, costs, etc). Was shared information also about the membership program. Once agreed to undergoing procedure was asked to go for an x-ray at the Vadapalani centre from where the results were shared with the dentist. The appointment was fixed again for a tooth extraction which was done at the Choolaimedu centre. Painkillers was prescribed along with good oral hygiene practices was shared. Based on the dentist am proceeding with dental implant which was done professionally. Following removal of the stitches underwent cleaning process too. In all these appointments, there was clarity on the problems, advantages and disadvantages, costs, follow up calls on the progress done by Dr. Keerthika.
