However, when a person visits India, then that person would consider comparable service. For example: Doctor should not get involved in billing. Another example: The notices in the treatment room was a simple black n white print-out. It could have been done up in a better manner considering the fact that it is both a marketing material as well as an important reassurance notice for the patient. There are many more such areas which Clove can improve and become world class.
